Returns & Exchange Policy
This Returns & Exchange Policy describes the terms under which Global Goodies (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") accepts returns and exchanges for purchases made on globalgoodies.lk (the "Site").
Order Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of transaction.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is shipped.
- Free delivery is available only for orders above LKR 10,000.
Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must contact our customer service at hello@globalgoodies.lk to obtain a return authorization code before returning any items.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only for purchases made on our official website.
- Courier charges for returns must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange requests are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or request a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photo evidence.
